High Holiday Seats 5781

With the Yomim Noraim settling quickly upon us, we have attached a link to our seat reservations form.  We do understand that it may be a little early for some families to know their plans for the Yom Tovim, and we are sorry for the inconvenience this may cause.  As you are well aware, due to the current Covid-19 health situation things will be a little different this year than in past years.  Please understand this is a fluid situation for all of us and we will put forth our sincerest effort to best accommodate everyone.

Please note the following:

  • Seating will be held at the same prices as last year.  Pricing can be found below.
  • Early-bird seating reservations close Motzei Shabbos, 8/5, 11:59pm.
  • Regular seating reservations close 8/9, 11:59pm.
  • Locations for Minyanim will be determined after sign-up is complete. Based on the number of reservations we receive; we are anticipating the possibility of 1 indoor minyan (within the Shul) and possibly 1-2 outdoor Minyanim in tents.
  • Please make sure to make requests for indoor or outdoor seating. We  will do our best to honor all indoor/outdoor location requests. Please indicate in the “Notes” section  if you, or someone in your family, will NOT attend davening if your location request is not granted. We will do our best to notify you as soon as possible if we are not able to honor your location request.
  • Once we have confirmed seat reservations, and once we know where our minyanim will take place, only then will we know if we can accommodate additional seating requests that come in after the deadline.  (At this time there is no estimate of how many seats might be available after the deadline.)
  • Tents for outdoor minyanim will not have walls but will have lighting for nighttime davening.
  • As we do now, Minyanim will follow strict CDC and NJ state guidelines;  6ft. social distancing,  face-masks, reservations for seating, and assigned seating.
  • We will unfortunately not be able to offer childcare this year.
  • We welcome reservations for children, with the expectation that they can stay "in Shul" throughout davening.
  • If you are buying seats for guests that come to you from outside our community (i.e. other states) please be sure to adhere to all CDC guidelines requiring quarantine.
  • In a few short weeks, after we confirm time and place for the minyanim, we will send out another email to find out IF there is interest in having an outdoor shofar blowing on the second day of Rosh Hashana in the afternoon for those who might not be able to attend morning minyan. This will require advance sign-up and only if we have enough interest.

Thank you in advance for your patience and understanding as we do our best to make this as wonderful, spiritual and warm a Rosh Hashana and Yom Kippur as the years before.
